Nah.. I think it went straight from Madara and Hashirama to Naruto and Sasuke. I also highly doubt the last part since he only mentioned his son's chakra transmigrating across history and not his own.

the thing skipped some generations tsunadae brother didn't have a counter part kakashi has no claim and orochimari I think he has a claim if you take a look at his erring they are the same insignia as the sharringan.
